        3. Sankey Summer Fun Day – Planning 2026
        3.1 Introduction of alcohol bars – layout, licensing, and management considerations
        3.2 Fairground – update on Committee’s proposal for Saturday evening operation
        3.3 To receive a quote from the Fairground for next year’s event
        3.3 Extension of Fun Day to 5:00 PM – costs and feasibility
        3.4 Saturday event proposal – update on event company interest
        3.5 Children’s activity providers – sourcing and selection
        3.6 Volunteer marshals – availability for 14th June 2026
        3.7 Completion of WBC Events Notification Form

        4. Heritage Boards – Location, Design, and Installation Planning

        4.1 Preferred installation method – WBC-led (cost-recovery) or third-party contractor
        (RAMs, PLI required).
        4.2 Adoption of WBC’s design guide – Whether to apply consistent branding and layout
        across all boards
        4.3 Scheduling site visits – To confirm exact proposed locations, particularly for Lanes
        End and Dakota Park
        4.4 Supplier selection – Options for design and fabrication of the boards and lecterns
        (e.g. HCC, JRS)
        4.5 Accessibility considerations – Inclusion of angled lectern design, path access, and
        alternative content formats (audio, large print, translations via website)
        4.6 Inclusion of a map – To show locations of other boards across Great Sankey, as
        recommended by Culture Warrington
